Services

  • Services are provided as agreed with the client at the time of engagement.

  • The scope of work will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

 

Agreement & Engagement

  • A signed agreement or written confirmation is required before work starts.

  • Services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional tasks outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges and will be confirmed in advance.

 

Hours & Availability

  • Work is based on the hours or timeframe agreed with the client.

  • Unused hours are automatically rolled over unless agreed in writing.

  • Hourly or ad-hoc tasks are billed at the agreed rate.

 

Payment Terms

  • Fees are invoiced in advance or as agreed at the time of engagement.

  • Payments are due prior to work commencing, unless otherwise specified.

 

Confidentiality

  • All client information, files, and communications are strictly confidential.

  • Information will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide timely access to systems, files, and relevant information.

  • Delays due to missing information may affect timelines and deliverables.

  • Clients are responsible for compliance, approvals, and legal obligations related to tasks assigned.

 

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice.

  • Outstanding invoices for completed work are payable in full.

  • Intellectual property created by the Simple. Sorted. Support becomes the client’s property once payment is received.

 

Liability

  • Simple. Sorted. Support. is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

  • Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services in the relevant invoice period.

 

Changes to Services

  • Any changes to agreed work must be confirmed in writing and may result in revised fees or timelines.

 

Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
